Bio

Jessie Mersinger received her DMA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. An active freelancer, Ms. Mersinger has performed with the Garden State Philharmonic, Central Jersey Philharmonic, Boston New Music Initiative, Mozart Festival Orchestra, The Celebration Singers, and the Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey. In 2016, she made her Carnegie Hall debut with the New York International Symphony as Principal Horn. Most recently, she joined the roster of the Palm Beach Opera company in her native Florida. While in the sunshine state, she performed with the Florida Wind Band, Mostly Pops Orchestra of Tampa Bay, South Shore Symphony Orchestra, and the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay. She was also a featured soloist with The Richard Zielinski Singers, in their latest installment of the American Voices collection. Jessie holds a B.M. from the University of South Florida, and an M.M. from the Longy School of Music.
